Having played classical guitar for over thirty five years I have over the last several years switched to steel string flattop guitars. Instead of learning various songs by other players I have turned to composing my own music in tunes of the fingerstyle tradition.
Guitars played on "Apple Juice" and "Could It Be?" are either a Collings C10 Deluxe or a Mark Blanchard Bristlecone guitar (photo below). Guitars played on "Six String Shuffle"are on either a Collings C10 Deluxe, Collings OM-1A or an Albert Mueller S6. Guitars played on "Guit Sense" are either a Mark Blanchard Bristlecone, a Paul Woolson LG or a Albert Mueller S-6. Guitars played on "Say It Out" are either a Mark Blanchard Bristlecone, a Paul Woolson LG, a Albert Mueller S-6, or a Collings C10.
My current recording gear consists of: Microtech Gefell M300s, M295s and a Neumann TLM 103 microphones, NPNG DMP-2NW and Great River MP-2 pre amps, Mytek Stereo96 ADC, RME Fireface 800, Ableton Live, and various types of post recording software.
